Dominika completed the Diploma in Law course at the University of Sydney and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in December 2019.
Dominika commenced her career as a lawyer in Poland where she graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University, completing her Management and Marketing degree in 2011 and Master of Laws degree in 2013.
She has been working in the legal industry in Australia for more than 7 years. Having worked on many complex personal injury matters, Dominika has successfully resolved numerous compensation claims achieving multimillion dollar settlements for her clients.
Dominika has a keen interest in fighting for her clients in, medical negligence, work injury damages as well as motor vehicle accidents (NSW and QLD), TPD and workers compensation claims. She also has experience in commercial litigation, family provisions, succession, public liability family law and migration matters. Her extensive experience in litigation, representing her clients both, in District Court and Supreme Court ensures she is able to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She has worked on many cases with complex legal and factual issues, involving multiple parties and severely injured clients.
Dominika is known amongst her clients for her empathy, compassion, determination, hard work and persistence. She prides herself in being dedicated and having an ability to build strong working relationships with her clients.
Her passion outside of work is handball in which she has also proven to be very successful over many years. She now plays for the University of Sydney and for the National Team of Australia.
She is fluent in Polish and basic Serbian.
